Theobald The Officer [Pirate Bounty Quest]

Ok, I just cannot figure this one out... I am trying to get a quest started to hunt a pirate but when I go to he, he says he cant find my ship and he has ntohing for me... I have zero quests running.. and my ship is right behind him... So what am i missing in order to start a quest to hunt a pirate and collect a bounty???

i have found that char whom owns ship must get quest not another char on acct so ,you need to dry dock and have char that is doing quest place it in the water.

Yep, accts dont own ships, individual players do. You're on someone elses ship.
