Theme codes from store.origin.com ain't working

I've been trying to upgrade my acct to Rustic theme pack, I bought 3 codes, but none of them are wroking on the account managment site. When I enter the code(s) it says "Invalid Code" and sometimes it says "This code cannot be applied to this game account", it depends what Activate Key button I click.

I've been trying to contact GMs, Origin and UO support, No one can help me with my problem.

I used one in game and got the item, but the same code I used doesn't work to upgrade the account, not even my other 2 spare codes doesn't work, which I've haven't used in game not on another account.

All EA Support said was that I have to wait few hours and it will work, I've been waiting a week now, still ain't working.

Anyone got the same problem as me?

Yeah. I called them and the guy told me he can do nothing and gave me a french phone number to call. But as ly english is not really good I was not really able to argument well.

I have just seen that instead of rustick pack my receipt shows "legacy token code" is that the same for you ?

Something might have been messed up during the store migration.

I, for one, can´t buy the code at all. When I click on the "Add to cart" button I get this popup window:

What it says is: "Before we can add the Rustic theme pack to your cart you must enter the following:" and then the pic.
No box to enter anything in.

Hmm...

Both my friend and I also had an issue applying the rustic pack to our accounts, they refunded my purchase, I'm not sure about his.

I really hope they fix this soon, I was hoping to get the rustic pack as soon as possible.

2. Date purchased
3. Proof of purchase
4. Location purchased from
5. Account name you want it applied to

Hi Mesanna. I am having the same problems with 2 RTP codes.
I sent all of the information to you as well to the email you gave.
Just got off the phone with Origin Billing and they said would have
to send it up to someone else and call me back in 1 to 3 days.

codes are still not fixed from the origon store. I have 3 codes that do not work. I will be emailing info to you shortly.

Hold on..same thing happened to me but I was able to fix it..

First log into account management and make sure you link all your accounts..then select the account you want to apply the code. If you are getting the message "cannot be applied to any of your accounts" its because you are still signed on under you website registration account. Once you likn your accounts.. I have 2..then there will be three choices in the drop down menu..your website account and two game accounts..then it will work when you apply it under the account you want.

You also apply the same number in game under the help menu and that will give you the garden bed or the chest of sending depending on the theme.

You will get it to work
