in the fall of 2007 the Sonoma faction god's known as YAD (U R Dead) got bored.
they have owned the sonoma shard for factions for as far back as anyone can remember.
sure, they have lost the odd time, but all in all they have stood undeafeted for years.
well.
we got bored...... really bored.
and we love our faction fighting!
so we decided to have a poke around and see what there is to see on other shards.
unfortunattly we (most of us) are poor, so we are making the toons on every shard so this is gonna be a LONG tour, but some of our guys are x sharding a few times with supplies and such.
we are not disclosing what shards we are going too and if we are even going to all the shards.
but so far we have met with very little resistance to our take overs.
that said, we have also had some damn dandy fights on some of the smaller shards!!!!
as we near the end of January here is a recap of the events so far.
1. Sonoma - owned and operated by YAD
2. Atlantic - YAD took control of the shard and put out a public notice and no one even came by to play, total time, 1 month.
3. Pacific - YAD took control of the faction action. no one ever came to play. held the shard for 1 month.
4. Baja - FInally some one to play with! fighting has been fun and hot and heavy! a few breaks (holidays and work) but all in all it has been a lot of good fighting. <font color="red"> UPDATE: finally after some good fights with the lads from SI we have tooken over all the towns! </font>
As we move on to other shards we will post our outcome here.
we will continue to bounce around and have fun and we look forward to seeing some of you guys on our travels.
(and yes, siege IS on the list, but with the ROT i wouldnt hold my breath in seeing us before summer, my toons are all done but the guild mates havnt even started, and we all know how fun ROT is!)
