The wooden thing on the second floor of Luna Bank

so, does anyone know what the function is of the wooden thing on the second floor of Luna Bank? When one clicks on it, it identifies as a 'shudder', but there is no window there in the middle of the hallway where it sits.

It seems out of place, does it not?

A shudder is not something that is used to bar windows. It is a shiver or tremor of revulsion - for example, "he shuddered helplessly at the sight of all that Luna sandstone, raspy to the touch and coloured like curdled milk."

Perhaps it is the town mascot. The Luna Shudder. It belongs there.

It was a boo-boo left behind from Mesanna. She was boxing Chango in with it at the bank after a second round of spanking.
