I saw it once too outside my castle, but sadly I was to busy and had to log again.
I was thinking if it could be more than npc char.

It keeps pushing its luck then! twice now it has been at the wolf house, both times it appears by the fallen log and as soon as you get within a few tiles it starts moving away even when you are stealthed and then goes to warp speed. Gonna git this here critter on the grill yet!

If it's like the 2009 version it drops rares if you follow it. I assume it was there for the solstice yesterday. Still see it around today?
