Does can anyone else get in the website of the european Warhammer Online? all I get is the upper two centimetres, and then at the bottom two logo's, that's it.

Works for me. I tried the link in your post and the link in the WARXbar... the site came up fine. Maybe there was a web server issue with GOA or regional network outage at the time.
