The vet reward Auction Safes - three problems with them?

Apparently there are now 3 problems with the new auction safes.

1 - The Auction Safe DELETES items that are unable to be locked down.
Example of this is the loss of two items: "Tree Ornament Weddingband", and "Head of Azriel".

2 - When using an auction safe, items that are blessed - remain blessed, but lose the blessed title once the auction is over and item is collected. Reported by @Scott
3 - according to uoguide - and experienced by a friend of mine; I will quote uoguide: "WARNING: There is currently a bug that will un-lockdown the item if you attempt to claim one on any other character on the same account as that which placed your bid." Her items went poof and the winner denies receiving said item.

I personally have had no issues with the safes, but i thought the community should be wary.

I logged in this week and got the message I had won an item. I guess I've now lost the item as I can't remember where I placed the bid!
