Technically.. the shard goes down for maintenance. The message is fine.

the wrong thing in the mainteinance message is "The server will going down in 20 minutes" and then goes down after 1 hour :D

You just don't need more than 1 message to take the servers down
:p

Canned messages are the easiest way to go.
