Since it's Legends, my usual thought that it was an Asian EM sort of goes to pot... and no, I'm not being racist... in Japanese, there is no "official" L sound, and their equivalent of our "R" sound is inaccurate as well. The "R" in "RA", "RE", "RI", "RO", and "RU" is actually pronounced with your tongue in a position that is approximately half-way between our "L" and "R" -- hence the pronunciation confusion, as well as writing confusion (they often confuse which sound we're going for because most Japanese people learn to speak and hear English before they right it (like most of us do with any language), and thus they write as they pronounce.
However, that pointless linguistic lesson aside given that it's Legends, all I can say is... "Tel Mur drives me crazy every time I see it."
