Seems the Orcs are not as dumb as they look, It all started when oogabooga was playing roll the rock with his fellow orcs for there pot of slop, a food that was well liked and cooked on rare occasions. (when the cook actually remembered the recipe). Oogabooga filed the rock down so it would land on one number all the time. he won 6 pots of slop that night and went to sleep with a very full belly.
The next day Oogabooga had a brainstorm! what if he did this to people that had things better than pots of slop, what if he could do this with GOLD! Oogabooga got his pack involved and The Orc Mobile Casino was born. They could cheat weak minded people and move on to another town even before they knew what hit them. As time went on Oogabooga got more greedy, not only were they cheating so bad they were lending out the money people just lost and demanding it be paid back DOUBLE! if the gold was not paid back the Orcs were going to people houses and kidnapping peoples Kids and wifes.
The King got word of this and between his Cities being attacked by Dread Lords and now these Orcs causing havoc he has ordered these Orcs be shut down at once. he hopes his Royal Army can find these Orcs and take them out with out any Loss, he fears this problem is really bigger that it is.
