The Second Age Demo Playthrough

I installed the demo that came on The Second Age expansion CD and recorded what it involved. You had to complete a quest and slay a dragon. Even a couple things in the demo surprised me. I had forgotten all about how at one time you had to target the actual creature and not the health bar. It shows how many seemingly small features are taken for granted today.

UO has had several new player experiences over the years. I think this is the best one however, having a personal wisp explain everything to you.

Just awesome JC! Thanks very much! There are so many things I'd like to have back but many other things I'm glad have changed. I sure do miss that music though - LOL

You can't patch the client once it is installed. Also I hear it does not work with Vista. I ran it on XP.

I usually would get bored on the island, so I would fight guards in town. *Being invincible, it was hilarious*

Went to bed one time, left character fighting. Came back to several gm skills.

Went out and killed tons of stuff, bought a ship. ^_^

Crashed when I got to far from shore though. =/
