I was asks if I wanted to go to the "Oaks" yesterday and before i could get in the gate it blinked out.. so my question is what is and where is the "Oaks"??

Probably the Forest Lord Champion Spawn in Ilshenar. Master of disaster is Lord Oaks and his little gadfly Silvani.
