I can't have them turned off! I was just saying that Halloween content should not have been activated in AUGUST.....not much can be done now, like they are gonna turn it off now..geesh Pawain relax a bit

No it's Halloween content...the NPC just got placed there but the dungeon spawn isn't on. I ran in there and there's spawn all over..once it gets turned on..in OCTOBER There will be only one room with spawn and you have to kill that off and kill the mini boss before the next room becomes active.
