The new spellbooks

I am a scribe. . 100. . I tried to make one of the new spell books and even though I had all the correct items it told me I didn't have the correct items. I had a blank book for them and all the scrolls and regs plus any other item called for and I still couldn't make the scroll. . It kept telling me I didn't have the correct components for it. . What am I missing here? It would seem to me that after all these years I have made books I can't make this one and it is confusing. . HELP!

It sounds like you are trying to make the scrolls to fill an empty book.

Do you have the spell in a book already? You need to already have the spell in a book (in the top level of your backpack). From there all you need is the reagents, the blanks scrolls, and mana. This goes for Magery, Necromancy, and Mysticism scrolls. If you do not have the spell, you will have to find it.

thank you so very much for your quick reply. . I never thought much about it and I always carry my spell book with me. so will have to find one of the new ones for mysticism. .
