The Mystery of the Unusable Name

I was going to play around with some ninja and stealth templates on TC just now and I went into character creation. I named my toon "Aiko Miyuki",which is a legitimate name in real life(I pulled up a Japanese name list site). When I clicked to finish the character,the name kept being rejected. Can someone tell when what's wrong with this name? It's not a big deal really,but with some profane names I have seen in production shards getting a pass,I don't understand how this one is being held up.

I was just able to make a character of that name, on TC as well as a production shard.

Hmm interesting. I'm going to try using that name again.
