I was reading uoguide (Britain Library Collection - UOGuide, the Ultima Online Encyclopedia) and this person was mentioned as someone you can turn leather and ingots into for points.

Where can I find this person?

Do you have to turn in resources in raw form or can you put them in commodity deeds?

i always turned in raw form.
and it is easier if they are inside another bag.
when you click on the blue dot,
target that bag & it will have all on a list.
(otherwise you will have to enter in the number of each item)
