Black Peppercorn Tuna Steak

Pan seared tuna, rubbed with cracked black peppercorn and served with a creamy wine sauce over Tokuno noodles.

Salmon Steak

Fresh from the seas in a light lemon butter sauce and served with apples and leeks.

Broiled Lobster with Leom Butter Sauce

This decadent dish needs no description. Just let the tender lobster meat melt in your mouth.

Holy Mackerel Pie

Flaked, lightly season mackerel served in a deep dish pan with a breadcrumb and cheese topping. Tastes magical and a favorite of monks!

Dungeness Crab Cake

Hearty chunks of dungeness crabmeat in a mixture of breadcrumbs, herbs, shallots, and butter - formed into perfect round patties and lightly fried. A hint of lemon zest and spicy pepper in the breadcrumb coat make this dish superb.

Great Barracuda Pie

This hearty pie has meaty chunks of barracuda alternately layered with potatoes and fresh Minocian cheese - cooked in a buttery pastry crust.

Yellowtail Barracuda Pie

Fresh yellowtail chopped finely and mixed with various herbs and lemon zest - cooked in a heavy cream sauce and baked with a flaky pie crust.

It will not disappoint.

Sushi Rolls

Various fresh rolls prepared from fish caught from all over the realm.

Wines, Ales and Spirits

All varieties, classic red and white wines, and exotics. Imported, of course, by our very own people.
