The Labyrinth, how to get there?

I'm sure this is something simple that I'm just missing. I can't seem to figure out how to get to the Labyrinth in Malas. How do you get to the island there? (I feel kinda dumb, but I can't seem to figure it out, or find the info from stratics or uoguide.)
