I. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Whatever Winter holiday you celebrate from Yule to Christmas to today's first day of Hanukkah and the 26th's first day of Kwanzaa, may you all have a blessed and happy time with friends and family around you. The decorations for the holidays on the LA houses are beautiful, and I plan to post a few on the LA Forum at Stratics.com. The delightful thing about reporting again on Stratics, is we get PICS there!
If you are leaving for a Holiday time with family, we all look forward to seeing you again in the New Year!

II. BECOME A GOVERNOR!
We still have a couple of open slots for Governors in Minoc and Trinsic. If you would like to be a Governor, all you need to do is let EM Topaz know from her EM forum email at UO.com. You can meet her at the City Stone at an appointed time so she can designate you as a Governor. You need to be a citizen of the City and have "adored" loyalty status to qualify.

III. SHRINE BATTLES UPDATE.
Shrine battles continue, with people now achieving their status in the battles at each shrine in order to receive the Cloak of the Virtuous or the Tabard of Virtue. After a friend won the cloak on the weekend, we noticed that it really is a collar or cowl rather than a cloak in our minds, but it is beautiful and went with the red-clothing theme of my friend very well indeed!
To gain the cloak you must successfully battle the three bosses at each shrine and then visit the well of souls that you found in your quest when starting the shrine battles. Depending on the spawn that appears, this is not an easy task! Poor Elear has now lost all of her fame, but is at least 'Trustworthy' if nothing else! Her CU on the other hand has trained up very well in her Chivalry and other battle statistics! Good luck in your quests for the virtuous rewards! We must save the shrines of Britannia!
