Ive been trying to find info on these. Theyve been spawning from lvl 6 chests. I havent been able to find ANYTHING. Do they go by a different name?

Dude, the only thing you tell us about the item is that it's called the "Keeper of Souls", then you ask if it goes by a different name?!

Anyway, closest match would be this.

Are you thinking maybe Collector of Souls? In which case it is the random naming of a balron (They have three possible names: The Lord of the Abyss, The Collector of Souls, and The Slayer).

Otherwise you may be thinking about a Devourer of Soulds, but I believe they are Doom creatures and not a part of spawning treasure chests.

Like the demon spawn by different names the Balron does also. That's where that chest title comes from I believe.

That is a balron but named collector of souls, in the Demon family

And you can find them in the lower levels of Hythloth and at Ilshenar Chaos
