The Harrower

I've done a few harries.

On Great Lakes I use my LJ sampire that is geared up with heartwood, max stat inc, max lmc, etc. Very nice suit and gear.

On Atlantic I have 2 sampires, very basic set up. Mostly use faction artifacts, minimal LMC, only use a black staff slayer set and LS/Whirlwind. I run one on my desktop and one on my laptop and basically hit 2 keys on each, bandaid to heal the other one, and LS.

When I do the harrower on my LJ, I found it more difficult. I found that I was 1 shot killing myself if he got an Oath on me and I connected with an AI that got the LJ bump lined up with the focus gem from wep.

When I did the harrower on ATL with my 2 sampires, it went down easily and neither of my guys got below 1/2 with the 2 sec bandies. I was only hitting between 30 and 40 normal hits, and an 86 dmg on the crit.

It took around the same amount of time to do it, just much easier with the 2 xhealing.

Although - I've seen someone take a harry down on one of the garg wraith throwers, and that seems to be much better than either of my tactics since the harry in true form just stands there.

It took about the same amount of time both ways too.

Have you tried a Mystic/Bushi/Heal pvm template yet? I figure 2 of these x healing could take down anything. One tanking (Fencing for feint) the other Macing for stam damage.

Or what about just putting resisting spells on your sammy?

Next time you do one with your LJ just have a guildmate chain bloodoath you.

I've just had my sammy with resist do the work. Most often I can go afk if I wanted to do so. If there is a mage to cast the odd heal then it's even less of an issue.

Team of my lowest number do by three people.
It is easy when doing by three people.
1.sampire(tank,sampire with resist spell,not badage)
2.wraith (get honor,attacker,not bandage,sometime use curse weapon)
3.disocord tamer(use rune beetle,healing)

If you do by two people
sampire(tank,sampire with resist spell,not healing)
wraith (get honor,attacker,and bandage for sampire and use curse weapon)

or
wraith (get honor,attacker,no bandage use curse weapon)
discord mage(necro mage cast blood oath for wraith,mystic cast cleansing wind,I think safety is necro)

It is only pvm.

I would think with the tamer you should use a greater hiryu to lower the physical defense of the harry instead of the 1 time lower damage hit from the rune beetle.

Hiryu is only physical resist down,but rune betlle is all resist down.
Especially,anyone cast corpskin(necromage or wraith warrier),I think better use rune bettle. And tamer can use a nightmare.
