The Guilty Quest

Is the "Guilty" Quest broken? Gregorio the Brigand, or whatever his name is, can't be killed. I know I've never done the quest before. anybody know anything about this? I guess it's not that big a deal, the reward is an amulet that throws no damage lightning bolts, but I want to see if it can be imbued.

Never payed attention to the quest... Gregorio is awesome for training skills on though! Gregorio > Golem :thumbup1:
