the best way to get a 30% alchemy is the Treatise on Alchemy. but it's still a long shot on the %. the best Talismans drop from Dreadhorn and the other ML bosses from my experience

It will take a long time for me to gather the points for that. But I was looking through the talismans I had purchased and noticed that I missed one for an alchemy bonus. Do you have one that I could purchase?

The best i have left is one that is 18% bonus, no exceptional bonus on it (not sure alchemy even comes with exc bonus) if that is good enough for you, you can have it, For the incredibly high price of free.
