Hello...THP - avid collector of holiday gifts....With 19 or so shards at some point you will need to get stuff back to your home shard....I think iam well respected in the holiday xsharding forum for at least 10 years...I can and will at present be able to bring back the following...all i want is a bag with the toys in and a book with a contact either icq or name on that shard.

after the 28th/29th december 2013....i can take

Hokuto toys direct to Great Lakes
Europa toys direct to Atlantic

i may add more shards ...iam just hoping others may chip in....if we get stuck on a shard i will try my best.....one of the reasons, i wanted to get shard shield tokens on shards i cant get to myself!!

nb... Hokuto toys that arrive on GL on 28th/29th december ....will be able to travel to either europa/pacs/atlantic a month later...thats 20th/21th of january in the new year...[when i can claim more shields]

and....Europa toys that land on Atlantic on the 28th/29th december...will be able to travel to either Pacs or Glakes about 3 weeks laterz ...roughly 20th/21st january in the new year...[when i can claim more shields]

im hoping to send stuff with Brian, so once that stuff reaches over here ill be jumping around to move stuff.

Just summarizing,
I have Pacific, GL, Asuka, Wak, Sak, Miz, Europa, Cats, Atl, Hok, Iz, and Formosa, plus I play on Chessie
Voodoo adds Sonoma and LA (and later, Origin -> Atl?)
Lady Lavender adds Arirang, and also covers Sonoma and LA
Lexfixr adds Drach and LS
THP (Europa -> Atl)
Edit: Lady Damia has agreed to handle Legends
Edit 2: Manticore has agreed to handle Baja
Edit 3: Xpaganx has agreed to handle Napa. He can only get it to GL, though, and in mid-Jan, so we still need someone who can do GL to Atl middle to end of next month.

So between the four five of us, we can cover Asuka, Atl, Baja, Cats, Chessie, Drach, Europa, Formosa, GL, Hok, Iz, Legends, LA, LS, Miz, Pacific, Sak, Sonoma, and Wak. That just leaves Balhae, Yamato, Napa, and Oceania uncovered.

Voodoo, Lexfixr, Lady Lavender, and THP, how about this? Logistically, I'm swamped with all the riders I have at the moment, and those trips are all (except Cats and Europa) close to full. But I can squeeze more toys (only toys) from those shards. It'd need to happen quickly, as I have trips scheduled to leave as soon as today (pushed back to tomorrow as my net is down). If you 4 can collect anyone else's toys together on each of Pac, GL, Asuka, Sakura, and Mizho, and get them to me tomorrow, I'll get them back to Chessie. Same for the other shards on my list; you get together any other toys from anyone needing a lift, and I'll collect them in a few days (after Wak, Formosa, and Europa get toys). I'll do the same for Drach, Sonoma, and LA, collecting them together to give to you. If you guys can get those 4 shards to Cats or Europa (or Atl or Chessie), I'll have space enough on the Cats and Europa trips to handle all those additional toys, to get them back to Chessie. On Chessie, then, I'll deliver all the Chessie peoples' (plus you Lady Lavender?), and all the rest I'll then take to Atl to pass back out to you (and the others already riding with me). Voodoo, same for Origin, if you could collect from all of us on Origin, and then deliver back to us on Atl next month when you have that shield.

Just keep in mind everyone, esp with the 24 hour timer, if I'm to get all the xshards done and delivered to my riders before I leave for a couple weeks vacation, I have to stick to my schedule as much as I can.

That means I need any other toys from Pac, GL, and Asuka by early this afternoon - say no later than 9 EST. Then I need Sakura and Mizuho no later than 9 pm EST tomorrow night.

Edit: If anyone misses me on Pac and GL, THP will be collecting toys on those 2 to get them to me on Europa and Atl. Asuka, though, this is your last/only chance!

Just an update: power here in east Toronto is completely out. The power company says it may be up to 3 days before it is back.

To everyone catching a lift with me, and everyone I'm helping to get toys back from all the various shards:

First my apologies for this delay. I'd been pushing to get every xshard finished, and delivered, before I leave town on the 27th. However, mother nature had other ideas. The ice storm caused significant damage, anbd took out power to a little over 600k people here. I've been without power since Saturday evening, and the power company now tells us it may be until the weekend until we again have power restored - they've so far only managed to get 75k houses back on the grid.

Even if they get my power back tomorrow, that puts us right at Christmas for dropoffs, and I'm not going to make everyone have to choose between family and getting toys/etc dropped off to me. So, I have to make the decision I've been trying to avoid. I will push all pickups and dropoffs until I get back from vacation, on Jan 13th or 14th. If I happen to get power this week, I will happily take any dropoffs I can, but I'm not going to be running any further xshards/dropoffs until I get back in Jan.

For anyone who already has dropped off, or caught a lift on one of the few xshards that has already happened, your items are safe. In this, I thank Rathgar for helping me to make sure a transfer crate got emptied before expiring, after I lost power.

So have a great holiday, enjoy your families, collect every toy, and get in touch with me on ICQ. If I can get your items before I leave, I will. Otherwise, I'll see everyone in the new year for final dropoffs, and very shortly after, be giving you all your toys/etc to play with on Chessie and Atl.

Still no power at my place, though parts of my area now have at least limited power. We just saw the first power trucks in my neighborhood an hour ago, so we're hopeful for a Christmas miracle.

For those 4 remaining shards, I'll take Baja - I'll pick up a token there when I'm back in Jan. Lexfixr tells me Echo might have a lead on help for Oceania. So that just leaves Arirang and Balhae uncovered; assuming those 2 even get toys. (I've not looked, but iirc it was those two and Wak which still didn't have them yesterday).

Anyhow, a Merry Christmas to all! Hope it's a good one, heat and power, or not.

Just realized I never updated this thread, though I updated the other two. Here's what I posted to the other two a few minutes before midnight (and yes, I will be taking toy/etc dropoffs later today):

Merry Christmas to you all! My power came back on an hour ago, and with it, amazingly, the net. I've managed to get all caught up; even got my 2 SA accounts through Formosa to the toybox - note to EMs... not everyone's account has every release enabled... I wonder how many Formosans had a good enough char to do this one on day one, but couldn't access because they didn't have SA?

Anyhow, hopefully the last two shards get toyboxes; if not, well... they're also 2 of the 3 I've not been able to get covered for us all getting our toys home, so that's maybe one less headache?

In any case, I noticed some of the toyboxes are down to 13 hours now; looks like time's about up - get them now, or miss them forever.

I'll be collecting drop offs again on the 26th and 27th; I leave the 28th and return the 13th. I'll spend the 13th-15th or so taking any more toys/etc while I unpack in RL, then around the 16th I'll run xshards as fast as I can, and get them all to Chessie. Then I'll pack them all up on Chessie, and get them to Atl. Anyone who wants a Chessie drop off - or who can (if, say, you have shields for both) - PM and let me know. 24 shards all headed to Atlantic, with 60 to 80 toys having already been dropped off to me per shard, means I need to drop off at least 20 from each shard, else it'll take more than a single token to get them all to Atl.
