Ok Macros:

Last target is on my mouse 3. (Wheel) and also on CTRL X on my keyboard.
Target self is CTRL + Z

So this setup is wierd but here's how I run it.
F1 - Energy Bolt
F2 - Explosion
F3 - Flame Strike
F4 - Lightning
F5 - Harm
F6 - Fireball
F7 - Magic Arrow
F8 - Mindblast


ALT +
1 - Curse
2 - Weaken
3 - Poison
4 - Paralyze
W - Wall of Stone


CTRL +
Q - Mini Heal
W - GHeal
E - Cure
R - Arch Cure
T- Teleport
A - Bless

CTRL + SHIFT
Q - Drink Heal
E - Drink Cure
T - Drink Refresh
Z - Recall

Fields, Summons, Dispel Are on Icons
Also use ALT + SHIFT
Q and E to cycle through Target next and Target last.

(Really I only do that while running I'll usually do ALT + SHIFT + A and use evalint on a target to get it stored as my last target prior to casting, unless I've got a spell primed)

I use legacy targetting in EC rather than hotbar targetting.
