Not the Devs, thats an EM monster. Most likely accidentally left over from that last event (Fyi they were very killable).

Im sure you can just email them or Mesanna to come remove it.

All the monsters with (Guardian) on their name are either T Map guardians or event mobs. Since it's not a listed T Map guardian, it's an event mob. Since there isn't currently a global arc running, it's an EM mob - as such it's intended to be fought by a large group, therefore it needs to be too strong to solo.
My advice, notify the EM of the left over spawn and go fight the regular spawn somewhere.

Truthfully I have had many players run into "Leftovers" over the last few years and those critters show up on your door step its hell to drag them off it.
Having to go see the critter in question and explain that it is not normal and needs many to kill is a big let down for them.
Some of the EM's need to be taken aside and clean up their toys they leave laying all over the shards.
It's shame full to have such litter and lack of concern that one of their "master" constructions show up and make hell for the players who some are not awaire of the (Guardian) types linked to a t map or a EM event.
I do agree its nothing to quit a game over.
I also do agree the normal shard monsters are getting out of hand as well.
I understand the Dev prided themselves on the new weapons and stuff given to us and have hiked up the stats on some critters to give a bit more of a workout but not everybody has that tricked out character or wants one... Soloing is a fact of game play as much as grouping up... deal with it and move on.

AS for you sir ... we have been campaigning to keep players in the game and you're not helping!!
