Has there been any information released to how many of the sets of arms will be given out on each shard?

Is there info on plans to let people know where they rank for turn ins?

I haven't found information relating to these questions and without either of these its an endless grind without knowing if you will get anything...

Thats because they haven't given us much information about it. Other than what they announced, we have been left guessing exactly how this reward system is going to work and if it is worth the trouble.
