The Conclave is recruiting!
Who the heck is The Conclave?
The Conclave was founded in 1998 and has been a presence in the MMO community for a decade. Our members have been competitive in such MMO’s as UO, AC, DaoC, EQ1, WoW, Tabula Rasa and AoC, to name a few.
Our members have jobs and families. We play nightly and on weekends on a EST/CST schedule. We do have some PST-based players and more are welcome to join!
Why would you want to join The Conclave?
The Conclave isn't interested in being the biggest guild on a server with lax recruiting policies and server-wide random invites. Our philosophy is quality over quantity. Members of The Conclave strive to accomplish more with fewer numbers. We are players with a serious drive towards accomplishment, teamwork, skill and camaraderie.
We're offering you the chance to be part of something bigger - to experience the content and gameplay that opens up to a well organized guild and to join the ranks of a good group of people without the worry of fading into the sea of faces in a larger guild.
What are our goals for WAR?

Members of The Conclave enjoy the PvE and PvP experience on a Core RvR server. We have questers, grinders, PvP-centric folks, PvE folks and folks who split their time among all of it. We will experience all that WAR has to offer and we will do it as a close-knit group.
Do you qualify for membership?
Rule No. 1 of The Conclave is "No Drama". We all love to read about who's banging who and then stole from the guild bank but leave that mess at the door if you intend to apply. If you are not capable of resolving your own conflicts amongst guildmates or are incapable of getting along with others, we definitely do not want you. We are interested in players who are self-sufficient and have initiative. We expect our members to take chances, be vocal and rise to the challenges presented to us. We want leaders, not followers.
Other requirements of membership:
You must use Ventrilo on a regular basis.
You must be an active participant on The Conclave forums.
We will not accept applicants who plan to dual-guild in WAR or dual-guild across multiple games.
We will not be using any form of DKP. The members of the Conclave trust and respect one another. If you are incapable of dealing with this, please do not apply.
If you are at the top of your game and are willing to contribute to our common goals on a more reasonable schedule than what the larger guilds require, take a look at us. We may be what you've been searching for. We accept applications from small teams or groups of friends and family!
