Too many UHall threads have been hijacked with Cheating/Anti-Cheating discussions, losing the original topic and purpose of the thread, and getting many threads locked or moved. I believe we need a place to discuss our ideas and express our frustrations with both the Cheaters and the Anti-Cheaters. I propose that this thread be dedicated to all Cheating and Anti-Cheating discussions.

The rules are simple:
1) Respect your fellow posters and try to keep it civil. They are people too.
2) Do not break the Stratics ROC by mentioning any illegal programs or describing illegal techniques.
3) The Moderators are free to delete any offending posts in this thread (including mine). I am not the moderator, Stratics Mods are... please let them do their jobs and PM them if you have any questions about their actions - don't post them here.
4) NO Accusations of: You Cheat! NO U! NO U!!!!111...

Keep it clean and we can keep this discussion going. What have you got to say?

1. If EA can finally remove the cheaters in UO, it will be the best thing to ever happen to this game. If not then this game will continue to flounder and the ratio of cheaters to honest players will continue to increase to the point that all that will be left are the cheaters and a few die hard vets.

2. I could care less about cheater's thoughts and opinions. They have been spewing the same crap for the past 13 years trying to justify their reasons for needing to cheat. They constantly lie and misrepresent information in an attempt to convince everyone that they are right and that cheating is ok. They think that honest players are fools, when the reality is anyone who's pathetic enough to cheat at a video game is nothing but a worthless tool that this game is better off without.

What are we to discuss in here? I was trying to discuss what is considered cheating and what is not (in my other thread)?

If that's not what this thread is for... I'll remove the content of this post.
