The number of deaths this evening​

For most that were there, I will say title number two is far more accurate to what happened this evening. Let start at the beginning. A summons and gates were made available to the EM Hall for all to meet a new face in town, he looked and sounded like a showman selling snake oil and he sold a lot this evening. But let get all this done right, from the horse’s mouth so to say.

Trinsic Jones: Wow! Many here tonight!

Welcome, all to tonight’s recruitment event sponsored by the Trinsic League of Explorers.

We here at Trinsic League of Explorers are always seeking young adventurers to help acquire relics lost to history.

Dezerai: so you are a t hunter?

Trinsic Jones: Aye!
I am a treasure hunter of sorts!

With your help, we can work together to gather intel and find these treasures lost thru out time.

Luckily, I have some intel to get us started tonight! An old acquaintance of mine, a merchant of sorts.

He goes by the name Merchant Macadoodle. He rides from town to town selling his rare goods.

I have his current location and thus now I have your first task!

My sources tell me, that he is carrying a map that may lead us to the whereabouts of an ancient book.
A book that may hold many secrets!

Macadoodle Owes me a favor or two.

Tell him I sent you and that I would like to borrow that map of his.

Dezerai: so we are to seek him out and get him to turn this map over?

Trinsic Jones: Let me open a portal for you.

Head out and be quick!

There is no time to waste!

I will stay in the area and continue my research.

I will see you back here once he sends over that map!

And with those words, we enter the portal he had set and found ourself just outside the Yew Prison.

Well, several ask Merchant Macadoodle about this map that Trinsic Jones was seeking; his reply.

BirdMan: I am told by Trinsic Jones you have a map
Merchant Macadoodle: You know... every since I got that map

yes ever since I got that rather odd map bandits have been following me

they are after me

so perhaps disturbing me isn't a very good idea

Almost as if on cue, several executioners jumped from the shadows attacking all there.

Merchant Macadoodle: See I warned you
bothering me...

Bad enough you lot disturbed me

well then I shall have that map sent back to Trinsic Jones for you

please return to him it should be there when you get there

Trinsic Jones: Welcome back my friends! I just checked my mail box.

and Merchant Macadoodle has sent me the map.

A few minutes passed as he looked the map over, then as if a light bulb went off over head;

I think I got it!

Yes!

I know the location of where the treasure may be! Once there, seek out the treasure and I will meet up with you soon! I will open a portal to the coordinates.

Now here we all learned a very valuable lesson!

Trinsic Jones: You have done it!

The treasure has been found!

Return to our Meeting Hall!

I shall bring the book!

Thank you all for your assistance tonight!

We have found a very old book that may hold many secrets!

It will take me some time to decipher what it says.

The next time we meet, I will have more for us to do!

Once I decipher the book

I will know more of its secrets

no telling how important it is yet

I am hoping it's not an old witches cook book

it could be anything

Special thanks to EM Falcon. I have no clue to the number of drops nor the number requested. Sadly I did not get one tonight since it was his first event with a drop I had hoped to get one. Oh well, maybe next time.
