just jumped on my dexxer with a LRC suit, seems to be as it has always been.

Chiv requires that you have some tithing points available - but with 100% LRC, it does not seem to be using the tithing points.

As Tazar was trying to say, for LRC to work with any Chivalry spell, you have to have at least as many tithing points as it would normally cost, even though none are consumed if LRC kicks in.

It appears that the check to see if one has enough tithing points occurs before the LRC check.
