Last night when I'd use honor on myself it work like it always has.
Now today I did so and got a gump asking if I wanted to use honor points on myself. I like this since I'm prone to accidentally mashing two keys at once from time to time. I can't count how often I've honored myself hitting my Arch Cure/Target Self hotkey.
