Just wanted to give GM Drosst a proper thank you for helping me out on my little, stuck, vet reward problem. He/she was very nice and got the job done promptly. I hear rumor that the GM's have fled the country, but Drosst is proof that we are wrong! Thanks again!

So I find it pretty stupid that we can post a GM's name when there's a good encounter with them however we're not allowed to post their name when there is a negative encounter with one.

If they want to be known for praise then they should accept it when there is negative public feedback.

Pretty one-sided imo.

Guess what? I was stuck at 8 in the queue line ALL DAY.

The queue line display is broken and has been for a very long time indeed. It's very rare that you'll ever see your place in the "line" change. On occasion I've still received "you're sixth in line" messages well after the GM has come and gone...

In reality, GMs look at the list of people and pick and choose which inquiries to look into according to perceived urgency and difficulty. They aren't required to handle them in the order they're filed.
