I'd assume via silver rewards you earn. But I too know nothing in the VVV system so could be wrong.

I really don't want to get into VvV but I do have a ton of silver laying around. Would be nice if I could get rid of them

Silver does not seem to convert into VvV points on the rewards... unless I have missed something.

You get these from earning the new silver/award points from the VvV towns under siege. When you join VvV you'll get system messages stating what town is active. You go to the town and fight or steal sigils and at the end of the match you see how many points you have received. Its the same way you earn the new royal forged pardons.

These floor tiles cost 10k silver/points each. And no there is no way to covert the old silver.

I too have silver from the former Factions system laying around but I feel that not being able to convert it is a good thing. Hopefully it will encourage involvement in the system for those who wish to acquire the tiles. The tiles are shard bound so it isn't like they can be farmed on a less active shard and transferred to someone's home shard. If someone is really set against joining the system but still wants the tiles it gives an added bonus to those who do participate in the system as they can sell them, on the shard they are obtained of course.

The points are much easier to obtain on lower pop servers. Almost too easy. When a VvV town comes active, if no opposing guilds show up, you win the match in 5 minutes. You get about 400-500 points per uncontested victory. So you win, leave, and wait for the next announcement in another 5 minutes. So its about 400-500 points per 15 minutes of time if there's no fighting.

If opposing guilds show up, the match is 20 minutes, and you get much less points if you don't win.
