For all the negatives that seem to be posted about the EA staff I just wanted to relay my very positive experience today with GM Fiper. Fiper not only solved one problem for me, but was kind enough to stick around while I re-logged and fixed another issue as well.

Thanks Fiper! And thanks EA for all the work on the Stygian Abyss and the High Seas upgrades!

I had the opposite experience with Fiper. All he does is send me auto go-away messages.
