Text colors, tag colors - how to fix?

Ok so about a year ago I was messing with the colors in the UO options and changes what color faction tags, guildies tags, etc were. Well, now I click the default so they will go back to the original colors, but when I click apply it doesnt stay permanent. It reverts back to the colors I set a year ago.

Player names are coming up yellow like NPC's ... etc... how can I fix this if I cant default back to the original colors in the menu???
