Ok, my Dbl Blessed item count grows, I just picked up at an IDOC this morning a Dbl Blessed "A Magical Wizard's Hat" My question for those of you in the know is how did items become Dbl Blessed? Can anyone enlighten me and the crowd? Thanks! Oh and Have a Nice Day!

It's the former representation of a bless deed on an item, not some quirk or bug that occured and made it appear differently.
