I wanted to experiment with house placing and resizing. Never used test center. Can't find it on the shard list. How do I get there? Or is it just ever now and then?

Hmmmm I'll try again. It was an old account I opened to hold a house. I wonder if I need to be "up to date" with expansions
It's there now. I swear to god it wasn't earlier. lol Or I'm just nuts. Either is very possible
