Test Center Character Copy

Does anyone know why the test center hasn't been available to copy to lately, or when it will be again? Been trying to copy a character there to test some things out for a while now and it is not available to copy to. Just wondering what is up. Thanks! :)

Hmm..well I just tried and its not up for me yet. Hopefully it will be soon.
