Are the "Collector's Edition, "Limited Edition", and "First Edition" Ter Mur quest books worth anything? Any market for them?

I'm always looking for collectors to finish my collection. If i see the other editions for good prices i buy them too. There are a few people buying all the time. It's just hard to find the more rare ones.
