My house in Ter Mur near the bridge to the toxic sliths is condemned and ready to fall in a couple of days. Rather than just destroy it, I thought I'd check first to see if anyone out there wants it. I can leave the furniture and add-ons inside of it, if you do. (The house is mostly grays and greens and in a gargoyle style and all the furnishings are coordinated with it. I will just take the more valuable add-ons like the portals, commodity deed box, the fireplace, and a few of the deco items. It would still have a soul forge, anvil, forge, trio of spinning wheels, water trough, and a lot of furniture.)
You need to have 10,000 points of loyalty to the Gargoyle Queen in order to take the house, so that's also an issue if you want the house.
Let me know as soon as possible if you want it. If I don't hear from anyone by tomorrow, I'll just drop it and get the gold back.
And no, I'm not leaving Siege. I will still have a couple of other houses here and don't foresee dropping any of them anytime soon.
