these are the orc, undead, juka , anime, etc faces right? are these still supposed to require payment for access cause i can use them even though ive never bought anything from the uo store before

You must be using KR to see/use them. For existing characters, find yourself a body sculpter (they're pretty easy to locate), for new characters, the choices are available at the time of creation.

Certain faces come with bodies too.

so i dont have to spend any money to access these faces then right? im just asking cause theres a thing under the subscriptions under account management that says 10 new rp faces (not registered)

The registration was only for abou the first month for a promotion.. after that they became free to all who wanted em.
