Template help needed

Does this work or does it need tweaking?
120 Archery
120 Fencing
120 Resist
100 Anatomy
100 Tactics
90 Healing
80 Poisoning

This template is all real skill, does not include any items.

1. Should I take Anatomy and Tactics to 120?
2. Is poisoning is worth the time, effort, and skill points?
3. Would this work for PvP or just PvM?
4. What suit advice do you have for this template? Until my skill is higher and I am better at PvP, I cannot afford to put a lot of money into a suit. I guess I am looking for cheaper and easily replaced arties and such for now.

I also have a bunch of faction questions. Should I post them on here as well or start a new thread?

I really know nothing about the new rank system.

How do I earn rank and how can I find out what my rank is?
Where do I go to spend the silver and how do I find out what is for sale?
Can you earn rank through PvM when farming silver?
I was on the faction forums but they seem to be outdated. Is there a factions for dummies or something like that where I can find information on the new faction system?

You earn faction rank by killing opposing faction players and by stealing sigils. You get the faction items at your faction base. Thats where you spend your silver. Unfortunatly its super hard unless your a die hard super pvpr to get rank as all my toons are sitting at 0 points and will probaly be sitting at that for years to come. Rank 1 sucks cause cant wear anything good for a caster template. Dexxers at least get a few items they can wear.

rank 1 has both the kasa with 10dci bonus and the RBC with boosted resists

When I was in TB, I mostly stole sigils at 10 points per. I was up at 600+ .
Perhaps someone in TB will transfer some points by honoring your leadership...
You do gain something called life points when you kill monsters for silver. These helps you healthwise.
Oh, by the way... no one from the other factions is just going to let you kill them. Not in the cards.
Those silver bought items really did not do much for me.
