Teleporter Issue

Hail and Well Met. It's me Lord Pompey coming back from my extended absence of the game for about a year.

My main question is this. While my husband was working on the house he placed the teleporters. They aren't correct, so I am warping everywhere in the house except most of the time the floor I truly want. When we returned I saw where there was a UO note not to really mess with the customization due to problems. I have looked everywhere for some kind of update, but I am fearful that if I go into decorative mode to correct my teleporter issue that I will lose my house because of this.

Can I correct this without endangering my house, and number number two, what ideas do you all have about the teleporters. It is my understanding from days go by, that you should have one teleporter lets say on the main floor, and the identical one to lets say floor two. Is that still the case, or has there been a change since I have been away. Thanks!

I just finished customizing my home (and I mean as of 2 minutes ago), after setting it to customize today from a pre-fab.

When I placed the teleporters, I did it the same as you described above.

Teleporter "A" on floors 1 and 2. Teleporter "B" on floors 2 and 3. Teleporter C on floors 3 and 1...I only have 3 floors in my home so thats all I needed.

If the note was from around the middle of February on one of the UO news pages (which is the most recent one I saw on housing issues) then there shouldn't be a problem.

Teleporters work best when paired. If you have three of the same kinds of pad then where you end up will be random.
