I wrote two letters on support and for bugs.
Also I received the following response from 13 jul 2014:

To reach them, please file an In Game petition for a GM to contact you and better assist you. We apologize for this inconvenience, but all in game related issues are addressed in game.
This email address is only for issues of a billing or technical nature, and not specific game or game play related issues.

Passed practically 3 days. Nobody helped me.
What I need to make that you will correct an error with my new account?
I will lose other house soon because of it !
