Tech Question

OK, so I am setting up some of my accounts on my sons PC so I can play in his room and help him out. I thought I could copy my user data files to my external hard drive then copy them into the UO character file folders on his computer and I would have all my macros and desktop set ups saved. Well I tried that on a couple of characters and nothing changed, still have the default macros.

Am I doing something wrong or is there no easy way to perform this which means I am going to have to set up all the macros etc. myself?

Any help is very much appreciated!

Maybe you missed out a subfolder and copied from/to the wrong folder.

This is where it's best to copy from:

C:\Documents and Settings\<windows logon>\My Documents\EA Games\​

(esp if you have Legacy, KR and SA clients all installed)


Paste it to:

C:\Documents and Settings\<windows logon>\My Documents​

If it asks if you wish to overwrite, select yes.
