Any pet will work. You could look up the resists of a Artic Ogre Lord, Ice Fiend, and White Wyrm. That would tell you what the tough paragons will be.
Do you have more than one built pet? If so, use the one that does damage to the most lowest resists.
Ill be using my FWW/Chiv Triton to clear up messes for my Melee toons and kill what comes to the front for the NOOBs.

i would recommend marking a rune further in the dungeon maybe by the artic ogre lord spawn or in the safe area on lvl 2 so u dont have to fight ur way past stuff that may be dragged to the enterance. Most stuff in ice dungeon is weak vs fire so if u have a 100% fire damage pet like a crimson/platinum drake or a fire beetle or even something like a phoenix or a fire steed maybe good options.
Yup as you could guess, Fire is the lowest on almost everything, But it is so low that RC would not matter much.
So anything that does fire damage will do a significant amount in that area. You want the hardest hitter for paragons. An AI/Chiv fire drake would be great for paragons.

I've only ever used Unicorns on my tamer because they are my favorite pet but now I'm thinking I might try out a Firesteed for this event. I know they have a base Taming req. of 106 but what does that go up to when you level them up? I only have 110 Taming and 115 Lore because that's all I could afford.
Paragon WW would basically just be a long "Tank & Spank". The real danger for Tamers is Paragon Ice Fiends, due to their Cold Aura making them target switch to the Tamer if the Tamer tries to vet the pet.

Yup, we were pre planning and the Ice Fiend came up. That place is basically 1 floor and with all the possible paragons, we could get 5 differnt mean ones or more at the entry quite often.
Also all the slayers for melee need to be fire, so we have to make new Dragon, Demon, and ele slayers for there. I couldnt get 3 Fire Mace weapons so I had to go with energy demon. I had been using exiler for the Ice Fiends.
Im on Catskills. The scrolls arent super expensive, like 3-5 mill per 120, I just haven't bothered saving up for them lol
I'm making 100% Fire Mauls on Atlantic right now. Don't forget about Ice Slayer Talismans. Tamers could also benefit from wearing Ice Fiend Protection Talismans during this.
Yup I found 1 ice talli. I know I had lots more slayer talis. Who knows where I put them. lol.
I found a 30 Orge slayer book. Have 30% demon, ele, and dragon books.
A pet Sampire with an Ice Slayer talisman.
