nope.. it's really scarey cause you get that message about condemning, but it doesn't... you can place and it does not affect your real house

Yeah the first time I went there to play around with some house designs it gave me the message that it would condemn my houses on all shards so I didnt place it. All of my friends were telling me it wouldnt happen but it took months before I actually placed one and found out my real house would be ok lol.
