TC update?

Is it just me or is it taking -forever-? Usually it's a 1 minute thing, if that. But i've been at it for over a half hour now, and it's only at 50%. Just wondering if it was just me or if it's everyone..

I can't get in either, I come to where I hav to pick an avatar, but it says city's offline. It's been like that for more than an hour now, and I have no idea what's going on??

Maybe they are fixing some of the problems we've been having in TC3, like the jobs being offline and some of the lag people have been complaining about (although I haven't experienced it yet). Could be just routine stuff of course, just being hopeful

Well it is our wonderful Update Wednesday... lets just hope we are not all down like last week. On a good Wednesday I've seen it down for 1 - 1.5 hrs depending on what they are doing.. So this is not out of the ordinary.

Usually we do get a post from the Dev's but today nothing... So really not sure how long we will be down.. Hopefully not long..

Keeping fingers and toes crossed....

I'm not talking about how long it was down.
It's already back up. I'm talking about downloading the update. The only other time I had to sit and wait for an update to take this long is when I first installed the game. Just was wondering if it was me or if some big new update was coming..

Didn't see a post about it.

I already got the update and it downloaded and installed quickly. I'm one of the folks waiting for the city to come back online.

Try closing and reopening it, then installing the 11.9 MB update. I did the quick update too, and it said it was down. So I closed it and reopened it, to find a larger update that's taking forever..

I take that back. I did the 11.9 MB update and it's still down? Stratics server status lied to me.

I updated for there earlier. It was a big update, and yet I've still seen no version notes, no mention of it even being updated, and sadly I still can't play in a smaller window size so I won't be bothering to see what, if anything, is actually new there.
