Targetting the enemy quickly

Hello, subject says it all.
I notice as I pop out of hiding and attack someone, anyone around seems to get me targetted VERY quick. however, I spend a good deal of time collecting health bars while hidden. and pretty much give up trying to get a bar whilst in the healt of battle. Whats the system to get the bars so quickly?

In 2D some people have their next tgt/last tgt on their mouse wheel and just zoom through to the tgt they are after. This is not possible in KR yet.

Similar to the mouse-wheel tip, I use the forward/back buttons on my Logitech mouse for 2 UO macros:

Ctrl-N = SelectNext > Mobile
Ctrl-P = SelectPrevious > Mobile

In KR you can use the tab key to tab through targets.
